Delaware GIS Day was recently mentioned in Directions Magazine in a article titled, “It’s not 1999’s GIS Day Anymore” by Diana S. Sinton, November 13, 2019

GIS Day is celebrated all around the world! For the 12th year the Delaware GIS Day field trip was held at the Air Command Mobility Museum in Dover. Approximately 300 fifth graders rotated through 16 different stations to learn about real-world applications and how we are making a difference in our world.
